Started to scan and repair drives automatically on restart, corrupted files.
I had just restarted my computer to try to get it to run a bit smoother, when it started scanning and repairing my D: drive. Once it finished, I found that many various files were corrupted. Is there anyway to recover these corrupted files?

If they are permanently damaged no.
I would highly recommend checking the SMART status of the drive in question, to see if this was a software error or a hardware error.
