Help

I am installing Windows 10 on a Dell inspirion that had Windows 7 I do not have the original discs and upon installing Windows 10 it seems as though it's asking for drivers I only have a Apple computer that can get onto the internet as the Dell for some reason maybe malware cannot get onto the internet when I go to Dell's website and try to download the drivers using my service tag for some ungodly reason your website is trying to look for that Dell computer I guess I do not know I just get a forever loading screen on the drivers it never loads I can go onto my phone for some reason and they load up there is there a simple solution to this Windows Dell nonsense One of the reasons why I have an Apple for 20 years and never had any issues but when I go to this Dell thing it's like a bunch of crazy insane ludicrous nonsense to get it to run when it has an issue so is there a reasonable solution I cannot install malware onto that computer malware remover onto the computer it acts like it's missing things I don't know the computer goes into Windows but I don't have the driver discs I am installing Windows 10 on a Windows 7 I don't know if I need the drivers for Windows 7 works on 10 I don't even know I haven't messed with Windows computers in 15 years it looks as though they've gone downhill to me.

Here's a step by step:

1. When you go to https://www.dell.com/support, select the option to put in the service tag, input the service tag information and press enter.

2. On the next page you'll see two options, select the option that says:

Access the complete list of drivers and downloads for <Your Device Name should be here>

3. From there you simply select the OS options and allows for manual driver downloads.
