Dell DCIS 6.5.1.25 - DellAweSvc fails to start after upgrade

The DellAweSvc fails to start with a generic error message 1053, "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."  The event viewer shows a time out error of 30 seconds (30000 milliseconds).

When I  try to start the DellAweSvc.exe from the c:\Program files (x86)\dell\commandIntegrationSuite\ directory, I get the following unhandled exception error:

"System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Utilities, Version=6.1.0.115, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d97fdde8b7d96708' or one of its dependencies.  The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

       as DellAweSvc.DellAweSvc...ctor(String[]args)

       as DellAweSvc.Program.Main(String[] args)

I ran the Rollback script in the program data directory but that did not roll back the Utilities.dll file to its pervious version of 6.1.0.115; the Utilities.dll version stayed at 6.5.1.25 after the roll back.

Can you please provide an updated DellAweSvc.exe for 6.5.1.25 that will work with the latest Utilities.dll?
