waves audio taking more than 70% utilization of CPU / Memory

address a critical issue regarding the Wave Audio application, which has been reported by approximately 20 users. The application is consuming excessive memory, leading to system hangs and performance issues.

To address this problem, I have taken the following actions:

1. Uninstalled Dell Assist to alleviate memory usage.
2. Attempted to uninstall Wave Audio, but no installed software was found.
3. Disabled Wave Audio from services, but unable to remove it from startup.
4. Disabled the services but its auto start in 4-5 days.

I have raised dell case as well but no one responding from last 3-4 days, Strange ||
