Task manager flickering

I bought g15 series laptop today, when i firstly boot up the laptop there were no flickering in task manager but after i done update from windows update, the flickering in task manager occur whenever i move cursor in task manager window.

i had done all updates from dell support application also, dell support website also & microsoft windows update also.

The problem is still persist, now the situation is all the update are up to date, but why screen flickering occuring in task manager which causing this.
