Support Assist .Net Framework 6.0.26

Alright there! Hello community I have a question regarding Support Assist I believe that support assist uses the .Net Framework, after checking my apps and features in settings I found that Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 6.0.26 (X64) is installed. I think this is installed due to SupportAssist and
-I want to know why it is on the version 6.0.26

-What risk does this put me at as there are newer versions of the .Net framework for version 6

-What should I do a the current moment because of this



-Notes to consider I deleted support assist around a hour before as my support assist would not "load" and said "This is taking longer than expected, restart your computer and try again" so I deleted support assist and redownloaded from the Dell website.
