Recovery on new SSD

Hello. I bought Dell Latitude 3410 2 years ago and now the SSD suddenly crashed (undetected) so, I decided to buy new SSD to replace the broken one. I followed the instruction for OS recovery, use the USB flash drive, but the problem always occured when it reached 40% process (there's exclamation mark on Adjust Partition) with description "Partition creation process failed...". I've tried it for almost 5-6 times & failed. So, what should I do?
