Not getting internet connection
I’ve moved my computer from my office to my house. The internet connection at the office is wired. I came home and tried to connect wireless. It isn’t connecting or even showing wireless capability. Now I’ve connected an Ethernet cable. Still no internet connection. What am I missing or doing wrong

I would call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) first and see if in fact you have internet service at your house. There could be a number of issues.
You might have posted in the wrong forum. This forum is for Alienware Desktop PC's.

Check the network status in Settings. Open Settings > Network & internet. Check your Ethernet connection status at the top of the screen. Make sure it says Connected underneath the network connection name. If there’s an error, such as one that says Action needed, select Ethernet to view your Ethernet connection settings.
If one Ethernet cable doesn’t work and you have another one nearby, try the other Ethernet cable to see if that works. If it does, it might be a problem with the first cable.
