If only one USB port is functioning on your Dell Inspiron N5110 while the others are not, there could be several reasons behind this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try and resolve it:
Check Device Manager:
Update USB Drivers:
Restart Your Computer:
Check for Physical Damage:
Disable and Re-enable USB Controllers:
Check Power Management Settings:
Check BIOS Settings:
Test with Different Devices:
Perform a System Restore:
Hardware Troubleshooting:
By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose and hopefully resolve the issue with your USB ports on your Dell Inspiron N5110.

@Jackson Clark thank you for the response the problem is solve it was about the driver issue. When i have downloaded win 10 it automatically downloaded the require driver and now my all 3 usb ports are functioning properly.
