Disconnecting user's access work or school account

Hello. I am on windows 11. before on windows 10 I was able to freely disconnect the local account and then re-log back in for users. I had to do this before on an end-users laptop because they for some reason had duplicate accounts and it was 'bricking' access to their exchange server access. for example, they could not receive emails. So I had to log out of the duplicate account so it could work again.

Now on windows 11. If you use the screenshot below for reference I get the message "Sign in as an administrator to change device management settings". How do I do this now? I obviously cant log off the user and log back in with my admin account, then their account would no longer be there. Is there some way to "sign in as admin" to change device management settings on windows 11 I am not aware of?
