Dell inspiron 3511 keyboard problem

Hey dell, i purchased dell inspiron 3511 laptop in 2021. The laptop was working well for 2-3 months. But suddenly some keys began to malfunction in the laptop. Hence, due to inavalability of specific part, i got a new one. Even after getting a new one, same problem persisted with the laptop of keys not working properly. I got part replaced 4-5 times. At last the service engineer insisted me to reboot the system and format it. That trick worked for 1 year. But i am encountering same problem now. I am completely dissattisfied with the product and the service team can't fix it. Help me in this situation.
