"BIOS Recovery Tool" after Clean-Install

I'm about to Clean-Install Windows 11 onto my laptop. I'd like to know whether this will effect the BIOS Recovery Tool currently installed on my laptop. The screenshot below shows my current "BIOS recovery" settings. If the Clean-Install will erase the BIOS Recovery Tool from my laptop, how would I then re-install it after successfully Clean-Installing the OS?
