Alienware Command Center not installing

Hi

Recently changed motherboard on my laptop, because previous broke and had to reinstall Windows, so i lost the working version of alienware command center.

It appears to be the only program that can change fan speeds on my laptop and wanted to install it again, but can't do it. The 1,1 Gb full installer successfully installs program, but it does not appear anywhere (even as a task in task manager) and center does not open through various .exe-s in Program Files. Tried to delete it and install with older versions of installers, but they appear with error messages "newer version of program is already installed".

Can anyone help eith this?
