Our PowerStore 3000t came with 32 Gig fiber SFP+ connectors and says it should be able to do 8, 16, 24 and 32 gig. Our S4148F-ON will take up to 10 Gig SFPs. Do I have to have those specific speed SFPs on both units or is there any other compatible scenarios?

OS10 defaults to "Spanning tree enabled protocol rapid-pvst with force-version rstp". Does this mean that when it interacts with Cisco switches it uses Rapid-PVST+ but when it interacts with other manufacturer switches, it just uses RSTP? Thanks.
