PowerVault MD3800f battery replacement error status
Hi everybody,
we have a PowerVault MD3800F with two 16G FC 4GB controllers (PN: HFPGK).
After replacing the battery for one of the controllers we get "Battery Status: Not Available".
The battery is an original Dell battery (PN: D668J). Could you please help?

Just to get the full picture of what is occurring, would you upload a copy of the support bundle via the steps found here. Also, I will private message you the SR# you can use to upload.
Let me know when you upload and we can review them.
