MSI RTX 4060 Graphics Card into Optiplex 7090
I purchased 8GB DDR6 Geoforce RTX 4060 graphics card to upgrade Optiplex 7090. Is this compatible?
Current specs are: i7-11700, 64 GB RAM, 2TB SSD + 2TB HDD. Power Supply is 260 W max.
Card is 110 watt and requires 8-pin power cable. It does not appear that I have this cable available.

You will need to upgrade the power supply in order to provide enough power and connector to your new RTX 4060. Have you install the card to check for fitments?
There are some 500w power supply from different Dell PC models that are compatible with your OptiPlex 7090. You can search for them using these Dell part number:
C65R4 500W Liteon
DG3PM 500W Chicony
XJ5VJ 500W Delta

@Chino de Oro Thankyou very much Sir for your advice. I also have Dell OptiPlex 7090 Tower PC. I noted down the Dell part number you mentioned and I will check online to purchase. I purchased a used NVIDIA RTX 3070ti. Please give me any exgtra suggession if any. Will there be any Dell validation problem with those three PSUs mentioned making them not to work? I purchased Corsair 16GBx4=64 GB Ram(with heatsinks on them) but not recognised when installed, then I took ordinary creative rams.

Depending on region, market, those PSU are not widely available for making choices. If you must opt for used parts from auction site, just make sure to source from vendor whom offers some warranty and accepting free return (seller paid for shipping).
To source a new power supply directly from Dell, you must call or chat with Dell Sales or Dell Spare Parts. Am not certain but I think this one is compatible with OptiPlex 7090 https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-500w-power-supply/apd/5k7j8/computer-chassis-components

@Chino de Oro Thanks for the advice. In India the dell does not sell spares as we want. I contacted Indian Dell as I have valid Basic Maintenance contract, they said this OptiPlex 7090's PSU cannot be upgraded and the installed NVIDIA GTX 1050ti is the maximum graphic card that can work and they said I can only upgrde my ram power (When I purchased it came with 8 GB Ram and they do not know that I installed 4x16=64 GB Ram, Indian Dell wish anyone feel to upgrade their system, they advise to purchase a new one. I have to see if any friend from US can purchase and send it to me (to India) and I will pay the money immediately on purchase. I checked up Indian Amazon where the liteon, chikori, delta are not available, some things are available but they may not work. Thanks for the advice, I will keep on trying to get those model numbers given by you but I do not know when my wish will be fulfilled. I will try to contact any Indian friend living in US to bring UPS when he comes on leave. Thanks a lot Sir.
