Check all connectors and verify that the monitor receives good power connection. If the issue is persisted, considering a monitor replacement. Repair is not a feasible option due to lack of customer serviceable parts and the repair cost may exceed the current value.
As for Dell Turkey support, the Advanced Exchange Support warranty of your monitor started from 2019 and expired in April 2023. Otherwise, Dell would replace the monitor for you. Dell doesn't repair monitors, they just provide exchange replacement for in-warranty monitors.

This is an illegal application. After sales services regulation of Turkey Republic it is not legal.
According to Articles 58 and 84 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, Dell have to keep spare parts for 5 years. Dell must provide technical service support for the product.
Moreover maybe it's a simple malfunction. If Dell does not repair a monitor after 2 years, I have to throw this product away. Thank you for turning the world into an electronic dump and illegal service operation at Turkey. If you can't sell it as required by law, please dont sell your product in Turkey.

You are barking at the wrong tree. All the article and law you have mentioned are meaningless to me.
As for your post, when you could not even express any appreciation after receiving my help. That shows manner and the type of a person you are.

The issue is related to Dell. I didn't mean to make a bad comment towards you. Thank you for your support
