Fan not working after clean install of windows 10 home
So since my Dell Inspiron 3511 was overheating i decided to clean install my windows thinking there might be software issue but now i think the fan has stopped working how do i know if my fan is working or not? My laptop is Dell Inspiron 15 3511 with 2gb nvidia graphics

Run Dell Diagnostics:
Immediately after pressing the power button to turn on the laptop (or after clicking the Reboot command), press and hold F12 to enter the One Time Boot Menu, select Diagnostics and press Enter. The Dell Diagnostics will test major hardware components.
